Memo Text

Memotxt is an add-on for VIP.NET and VIP 2000 which allows you to send text messages to your patients/clients via your Houston Practice Management System.

MemoTxt is a great way to remind clients/patients of appointments and or overdue accounts. You can set even set up an automated birthday greeting if you desire!

Text messages are sent automatically via the internet.

It is possible to bulk-text many patients at one, and Memotxt will personalise every text. For example, an appointment reminder can be sent to every patient booked for tomorrow, and it will read:

“Hi John, just a reminder about your appointment with Tom Smith at 8.45 Tuesday 20 October. See you then!”

John being the patient, and Tom being the provider, as well as the date and time of the appointment is generated from information in the Houston Software package.
